Elfriede Dambacher has been active in the natural and organic cosmetics market for most of her professional career. In 1984, the business economist and chemist founded the first specialty store for natural cosmetics in Berlin. She has profound managerial experience in the distribution of natural cosmetics and established several natural cosmetic trade concepts. In 2003, she launched the consulting company naturkosmetik konzepte and has acted as an independent consultant for the natural cosmetics industry. Elfriede Dambacher is renowned beyond the German borders as a trade expert. In 2009, she founded the publishing company naturkosmetik verlag, of which she was managing director until late 2016.
In 2006, in cooperation with leading market research companies, she developed a market research tool for the natural cosmetics industry that today is considered standard.

Through her consulting company naturkosmetik konzepte, she publishes current market research studies, e.g. the Naturkosmetik Branchenmonitor and the annual Naturkosmetik Jahresreport. Now for the 11th time, Elfriede Dambacher is program chairwoman of the annual Natural Cosmetics Conference in Berlin. In 2015, her natural cosmetics guide „Ratgeber NATURKOSMETIK“ was published by the Herbig Verlag in Munich. The guide includes a specifically developed index of naturalness to simplify the transition to organic cosmetics for consumers.

Wolf Lüdge

Wolf Lüdge, managing director naturkosmetik verlag

Wolf Lüdge is owner and managing director of the naturkosmetik verlag. The company, in cooperation with the NürnbergMesse, organizer of the VIVANESS, hosts the annual Natural & Organic Cosmetics Conference in Berlin. Wolf Lüdge holds a degree in business administration and is a renowned expert of the German organic market and the natural & organic cosmetics market. For more than a decade, he headed the natural clothing brand hessnatur. Within the framework of the expansion strategy, he initiated the market launch in the US and the introduction of hessnatur at the New York Fashion Week. Following the natural clothes label, Wolf Lüdge worked for the health food manufacturer Salus-Haus and the organic cosmetics brand Santaverde.
Wolf Lüdge authored the book ”Natural Leadership – from head to leader“. As the owner of the brand Natural Leadership, he offers sustainable companies his brand- and management expertise as a coach and consultant.
